Ich suche für meine WG eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Dein Zimmer wär relativ groß mit 24 qm plus eigenem Balkon. Ansonsten gibt es noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und natürlich sowas wie Küche, Bad etc.
Zur Warm Miete kommen noch 65 Euro für Strom, Wlan und GEZ hinzu.
Da ich selber arbeite bin ich auf der Suche nach einer reinen Berufstätigen WG, aber sollte keine Zweck WG sein. Nach dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss :) bin offen für gemeinsame Kochabende, aber verstehe, wenn man nach der Arbeit auch mal seine Ruhe braucht.
