The room is fully equipped and comfortable. There is a single bed, a rail rack, a wardrobe, shelves, a writing desk with a chair and a table lamp, a mirror and a drying rack. The room has a big window with the view to the quiet backyard. The place is very quiet in general.

All personal items will be taken out of the room

Tram stop right in front of the house (walking time — less than a minute), to Marienplatz 30 min, to Hauptbahnhof 20 min. Supermarkets (2 REWE's, Edeka, DM) in a walking distance or 1 tram stop away (I prefer taking a tram as they go very often and REWE on Wettersteinplatz is right next to the tram stop, so you don't need to carry heavy bags).
Very nice bakery (Zöttl) is in 7 min of walk (they have a good WiFi too, so it is a nice place for working and studying)

4 wonderful, non-noisy, open, friendly and very clean neighbours. We have a cleaning plan and it is important that you are willing to participate in keeping the room and common spaces clean, all the needed cleaning supplies for that are already in the WG
