Hi! I am moving in with my boyfriend, so my big cozy room in a friendly girl-only WG becomes free!
Unfortunately, it will be available only for 3 months as the landlady wishes to do something else with the room later.

About the room:
- 16 m², parquet floor
- Cozy and well-lit
- Furnished with a double bed with a mattress, two wardrobes, two chests of drawers, a bedside table, a desk and an office chair.

Rent:
- The rent is 525 € warm
- Deposit (Kaution) is 840 €
- You can move in from 02.02.2025, but it is flexible, and we can split the rent for your first month according to your move-in date
- Anmeldung is possible

- Our WG is located within walking distance of the Westkreuz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute bus ride away from Pasing Bahnhof.
- There are 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy 2 minutes away from the flat, and a big store with Rewe, Aldi, and Woolworth near Westkreuz. At Pasing there are many shops, doctors, and cafes as well.
- I study at TUM, so my commute to the main campus was usually around 40 minutes to main campus and 1 hour 20 min to Garching.

- Two other girls live in the flat. Both are very friendly and neat, one is working full-time, and another is a student.
- The landlady prefers the next tenant to be a student/Azubi
- Only applications from women are considered as other tenants want our WG to stay women-only.

- WG flat is located on the second floor (2 OG), with an elevator
- We have a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave.
- There are washing machines and dryers in the basement, with a room for drying the laundry.
- Safe bike storage space in the basement
