Ich biete ein großes Zimmer im vierten Stock mit schönem Blick auf den Park in einem Studentenwohnheim an. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit fünf weiteren Personen, die normalerweise nicht da sind. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer und eine große Küche. Es gab nie Probleme, die öffentlichen Bereiche mit ihnen zu teilen. Es ist im Allgemeinen eine sehr schöne und günstige Wohnung für München mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Die Küche muss vielleicht etwas verändert werden, aber alles funktioniert gut. Ich miete es nur für einen Monat, vielleicht kann es verlängert werden, aber wahrscheinlich wird es nur ein Monat sein. Internet und Dienstleistungen sind inbegriffen und ich würde mich freuen, Sie bei mir zu haben, da dies mein Zimmer ist und ich es nur für meinen Urlaub verlassen werde.

I'm offering a large room in a fourth floor with a nice view to the park, in a student residence, the room is in a shared flat with five more people that are usually not there. the apartment has two bathrooms with one large kitchen there have never been any issues with sharing this the public spaces with them. it's in general a very nice and cheap place for Munich with very good transport around. the kitchen maybe needs some changes but everything is working fine. I'm renting it for only one month maybe it can be extended for longer but it probably would just be one. The internet and services are included and I would be glad to have you since this is my room and I will be just leaving it for my vacation.
