The entire flat share is tidy and clean.
Living together should be uncomplicated so that newcomers can settle in quickly, and as a landlord it is important to me to treat each other with respect.
There are 3 rooms to choose from:
Room A: 12sqm: not available
Room B: 15sqm: 780,- plus additional costs 70,- = 850,-
Room C: 20sqm: not available
The additional costs are an advance payment and are billed annually according to actual consumption.
Each resident receives their own tenancy agreement.
