Das Zimmer ist ruhig und nach Süden ausgerichtet und somit sehr hell. Es sind Rollläden vorhanden die man bei Bedarf über Nacht schließen kann. Boden, Fenster und Heizung sind neu. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und ist erst wenige Monate alt. Alle Nebenkosten sind inklusive und das WLAN ist mit 100MB sehr schnell. Ein sehr großer WG-Kühlschrank bietet genug Platz für alle Mitbewohner.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ostpark. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die U2 und U5 sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus 199 ist sogar in nur 1 Minute zu erreichen. Freibad und Eislaufzentrum sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in direkter Nähe.

Alle Mitbewohner sind berufstätig, sehr ruhig und darauf bedacht, dass alles sauber und ordentlich ist. Das gemeinsame WG-Leben findet im der Küche statt. Hier kann man gemeinsam kochen und beisammen sitzen.
