wir vermieten ein gemütliches, komplett möbliertes 23m² Zimmer im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses mit schönem Garten in der Ruppanerstrasse 9. Die U- und S-Bahnstation Trudering (U2, U7, S4 und S6) ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst: Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Vorhänge. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet, mit allem, was dazugehört, inklusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und mehr.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche und einen Wohnbereich, sowie 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten. Die Gartenarbeit übernimmt ein Mähroboter, also kein Stress damit!
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig, aber es ist trotzdem ein lockeres und entspanntes Umfeld. Die Miete versteht sich als Warmmiete, also inklusive Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet (WLAN), Nutzung der gesamten Einrichtung und Rundfunkgebühren.
Die Anmeldung beim KVR ist natürlich kein Problem.

We’re renting out a cozy, fully furnished 23m² room in the attic of a single-family house with a lovely garden at Ruppanerstrasse 9. The U- and S-Bahn station Trudering (U2, U7, S4, and S6) is just a 4-minute walk away, along with supermarkets and everything you need.
The room comes with everything you need: bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, and curtains. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more.
There’s a shared kitchen and living space, plus 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The garden is taken care of by a robotic lawnmower, so no worries about that!
We value cleanliness and order, but it's still a relaxed and chill vibe. The rent is all-inclusive, meaning electricity, water, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), full use of the house, and broadcasting fees are all included.
You can easily register at the KVR.
