The bright apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a private room with a bed (1.10m x 2m), desk, large closet and a sideboard. The room has a large window front that lets in plenty of natural light and is in top modern and well-kept condition - the building is very new and the floor is made of high-quality real wood parquet.
A separate shower room is shared with my flatmate Ömer, who is very tidy and respectful. There is also a fridge in the room for personal supplies. The kitchen is shared with about 7-10 other students on each floor and is kept clean daily during the week by a cleaner. The total rent includes all additional costs, such as electricity and WLAN. Important: This offer is aimed exclusively at enrolled students.

Das helle Apartment bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt: ein eigenes Zimmer mit einem Bett (1,10m x 2m), Schreibtisch, großem Kleiderschrank und einem Sideboard. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine große Fensterfront, die viel Tageslicht hereinlässt, und ist in einem top-modernen und gepflegten Zustand – das Gebäude ist sehr neu, und der Boden besteht aus hochwertigem Echtholzparkett.
Ein separates Duschbad wird mit meinem Mitbewohner Ömer geteilt, der sehr ordentlich und respektvoll ist. Im Zimmer befindet sich außerdem ein Kühlschrank für persönliche Vorräte. Die Küche wird auf jeder Etage mit etwa 7-10 weiteren Studierenden geteilt und täglich während der Woche von einer Reinigungskraft sauber gehalten. Die Gesamtmiete umfasst sämtliche Nebenkosten, wie Strom und WLAN. Wichtig: Dieses Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an immatrikulierte Studierende.

The apartment is located in Implerstraße in the Sendling district of Munich and is perfectly connected to the infrastructure: There is an ALDI and Edeka supermarket right on the doorstep for all your daily shopping needs. The subway stations for lines U3 and U6 are just a 5-minute walk away, and Theresienwiese/Oktoberfest is also just a 10-minute walk away - ideal for getting to the best of the city quickly.

You would be living with my flatmate Ömer, a 25-year-old Master's student from Turkey who is studying engineering. Ömer is a quiet, very clean and polite person with a good sense of humor. Cleanliness in the shared bathroom has never been an issue, and otherwise it is a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to concentrate on your studies and be productive. Ömer is always respectful and a pleasant roommate.

Die Sauberkeit im gemeinsamen Badezimmer war bisher nie ein Thema, und auch sonst ist es eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die es einfach macht, sich auf das Studium zu konzentrieren und produktiv zu sein. Please officially apply. I don't have anything to do with the process. The earliest move-in date is 01.03. State my room (228.2) in the application. As the dorm is run by a foundation, there is an upper age limit of 27 years (when moving in). On the pictures, you see my privately bought bed which I will be swapped against the dormitory bed which is a single bed (1.10m x 2.00m).
They need:
• A copy of your ID
• Proof of permission to be in Germany
• Financial proof that you can reliably pay rent on time
• A completed Mieterselbstauskunft form (attached).

Da ich kurzfristig eine andere Wohnmöglichkeit gefunden habe, suche ich nach jemandem, der/die das Zimmer vor meinem offiziellen Vertragsende übernehmen will. Da das Wohnheim über eine Stiftung läuft, gilt eine Altersobergrenze von 27 Jahren (bei Auszug). Auf dem Bild ist mein privat erworbenes Doppelbett, welches ich wieder durch das vom Wohnheim gestellten Einzelbett (1.10m x 2.00m) austauschen werde.
