The room is just under 21sqm in size and has direct access to the spacious covered balcony/loggia (10sqm).
The furniture includes: Bed (140x200cm), bedside table, desk, chair, couch, wardrobe and several lamps.
The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago: From the bathroom to the kitchen to the floors, doors, windows etc. everything is new.
There are a few shared flats in the building as well as many nice neighbors.
The kitchen includes: Large fridge, 4-plate stove, dishwasher, washing machine. There is also a table for everyone to sit at, prepare meals, bake cakes, etc. Basic kitchen utensils and cutlery are provided.
There is a storage room on the balcony for everything that doesn't have a place elsewhere.
You need 2 minutes to the subway and bus. In addition, you will always get a seat in the direction of the city center, as the station “Fürstenried West” is the final stop. At normal times of day, the subway runs every 10 minutes, at peak times every 6 minutes. You can be at Marienplatz in 17 minutes without changing trains, and directly at LMU in 19 minutes.
Großhadern/Martinsried is about 10 minutes away from the campus. Both by bike and by bus.
2 minutes away at the subway station there is a REWE, a PENNY, a bakery and on Wednesdays + Saturdays a great farmer's market. There is also a health food store and the HVB bank. Rossmann and a pharmacy are even closer.
The highway is far enough away that you won't hear the noise, but you can drive straight to the mountains: it's less than 60 minutes to the first ski lift ;)
Parking spaces can often be found on the street directly in front of the house, but at least within 1-2 minutes walking distance no matter what time of day.
Ekin (22), Liudmyla (28) and Özüm (25) live with you in the shared flat. Good coexistence between the individual residents is fundamentally important: we don't want to create a purely functional shared flat.
Everyone in the shared flat speaks fluent English, and Liudmyla also speaks German and Spanish.
Please apply with brief information and, if you like, a link to your social media profile. Briefly tell us how you pay the rent and how you make a living (parents, student loans, job, etc.?). We don't need SCHUFA (request now) or anything like that, but it must be clear from the documents how you will pay the rent.
The move-in date does not have to be February 1st, your rental contract would only run from then: If you want to move in later, that's fine of course.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Frequently asked question: Yes, confirmation of registration for the KVR by the landlord is of course possible.
IF YOU DONT SPEAK GERMAN BUT ENGLISH YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME.
!! PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN CALL OR WRITE YOU DIRECTLY !!!
