Hello! I'm moving out of my room. I live in a two-person shared apartment with my flatmate (a 32-year-old German woman) and me. Our apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony.
My flatmate is looking for one person, specifically a woman, to take over the bedroom and the living room. That means my flatmate would only keep her bedroom, and the new person moving in would pay for the bedroom and the living room. Both the bedroom and the living room are spacious.
The connections are very convenient. We have tram lines 20 and 21 just a 2-minute walk away, and the U1 and U2 metro lines are both a 6-minute walk away. Lidl and the gym are only a 3-minute walk away.
We are looking for a clean and organized woman. Someone capable of maintaining a good coexistence in the apartment and getting along well with her flatmate.
The bedroom includes a bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, and shelf. These would need to be purchased. Additionally, the new tenant would need to pay their proportional share of this year's home insurance (approximately €40).
