Eine Matratze ist vorhanden, das Bettgestell würde ich aber gerne mitnehmen. dieses kann aber ggf. auch übernommen werden.
Große Gemeinschaftsküche in der Geschirr und Geräte genutzt werden können.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad beinhält Dusche und Wanne und wird mit den 2 studentischen Mitbewohnern geteilt.

Die Warmmiete von 480€ inkludiert Strom, Wasser, GEZ und WLAN.
Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1 Monat.

The S-Bahn station is within walking distance, which takes you to Marienplatz in 20 minutes. The room is located in the Asternweg in Vaterstetten.
The room contains a large wardrobe, a shelf, a desk with further storage options and an office chair.
A mattress is available, but I would like to take the bed frame with me, but this can possibly be taken over.
Large communal kitchen where dishes and appliances can be used.
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath and is shared with the 2 student flatmates.

The warm rent of 480€ includes water, electricity, WLAN and radio bill (GEZ).
The cancellation-period is 1 month.
