Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar mit der man in 20 Minuten am Marienplatz ist. Die WG befindet sich im Asternweg.
das Zimmer beinhält einen großen Schrank, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch mit weiteren Verstaumöglichkeiten, sowie einen Bürostuhl.
Eine Matratze ist vorhanden, das Bettgestell würde ich aber gerne mitnehmen. dieses kann aber ggf. auch übernommen werden.
Große Gemeinschaftsküche in der Geschirr und Geräte genutzt werden können.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad beinhält Dusche und Wanne und wird mit den 2 studentischen Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Kaution: 500€
Die Warmmiete von 480€ inkludiert Strom, Wasser, GEZ und WLAN.
Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1 Monat.
Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich nur, wenn Sie den Vertrag bereits im April abschließen wollen. Die Kosten dafür werden Taggenau und anteilig für den Monat berechnet.

The room contains a large wardrobe, a shelf, a desk with further storage options and an office chair.
A mattress is available, but I would like to take the bed frame with me, but this can possibly be taken over.
Large communal kitchen where dishes and appliances can be used.
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath and is shared with the 2 student flatmates.

The warm rent of 480€ includes water, electricity, WLAN and radio bill (GEZ).
The cancellation-period is 1 month.
