Eine optimale Lage in München. U-Bahnanschluß Kolumbusplatz. Zwei Straßen von der Isar entfernt. Gegenüber ist das Münchener In-Viertel Gärtnerplatz ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Marienplatz entfernt, etwa 800 m zum Deutschen Museum. Das Zimmer ist antik/modern möbliert und befindet sich in einer 180 qm großen renovierten Altbauwohnung, die ebenso vollkommen antik/modern möbliert ist. Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, Diele, Küche, Bad und eine Gästetoilette. Alle Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Besteck, Teller, Tassen etc. können mitbenutzt werden. Auch Bettwäsche kann gestellt werden. Im Mietpreis ist auch die Beschäftigung einer Putzhilfe enthalten. Relativ ruhige Lage, weil Einbahnstraße und reines Wohngebiet. Autobahnanschlüsse sind in der Nähe. Alle zentralen Punkte sind auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Insgesamt sind wir vier Personen, die freundschaftlich locker, ohne große Verpflichtungen zu einem WG-Leben miteinander wohnen. Entscheidend für die Personenauswahl ist ausschließlich Symphatie. Besichtigung nach Vereinbarung persönlich oder via Whatsapp.

Opposite is Munich's in-district Gärtnerplatz about 15 minutes walk from Marienplatz, about 800 m to the Deutsches Museum. The room is antique/modern furnished and is located in a 180 sqm renovated old building flat, which is also fully antique/modern furnished. The flat has 5 rooms, hall, kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet. All utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups etc. can be shared. Bed linen can also be provided. The rent also includes the employment of a cleaning lady. Relatively quiet location because it is a one-way street and purely residential area. Motorway connections are nearby. All central points are also easily accessible by bicycle. All in all, we are four people who live together in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without any major obligations to a shared flat life. Decisive for the choice of persons is exclusively sympathy. Viewing by appointment in person or via Whatsapp.
