Das größere Schlafzimmer könnte Dir gehören. Es ist hell mit Blick in die Bäume und den Park. Vorhanden sind ein 100x200 cm Bett, ein Kleiderschrank sowie ein offenes Regal und ein kleiner Schreibtisch.
Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock unterm Dach ohne Aufzug (hält fit :-)

2 Min.zum Bus oder 8 Min.zur U-Bahn (U2 Dülferstraße bzw. Hasenbergl). S-Bahn (S1 Feldmoching) ist 2 Stationen entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 30 Min.in der Stadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. die Einkaufszentren Mira und OEZ in der Nähe). Man hat hier den Park und einen Wald vor der Nase. Schloss Schleißheim, Flugwerft, Seen, Olympiapark usw. sind nicht weit weg. Nähe zu BMW-FIZ oder auch MAN.

Mitbewohner sind neben mir, meine beiden Kater Buddy und Merlin. Außerdem noch ein kleines Aquarium, meine Gitarren und ein 3D Drucker.
Da ich selbst ein ruhiger, ordentlicher und ehrlicher sowie zuverlässiger Mensch bin, suche ich auch so jemanden.
