to the room:
- about 10.5 m2 room (Zi 4 in plan, orientation south-west) 450,-- EUR monthly rental
- fresh white painted, new oak vinyl, electric & heating new, LAN, insulating window
- (part)furnished: lamp, blind / curtain, pAX cabinet, shelves, chair/table – bed can be taken over.

location:
The Aaseestadt is located south-east of Münster. The district is characterized by its central location and its proximity to the Aasee. The location is unique in the heart of the city, with an advantageous traffic connection to the A43 motorway and excellent infrastructure.
The house with the WG apartment is located about 3 km from the center – about 10 minutes by bike. There is a good bus connection to the city and the train station. Parking facilities in front of the house or in the surroundings are available. The “Aaseemarkt” shopping centre is within walking distance.
to the house:
The bright apartment with large windows is located in 1. OG of a solid and well maintained Rotklinker building (BJ 1964) with a total of 3 floors and 6 apartments. The spacious lawn areas in the garden and the front garden open a pleasantly wide green view. Bicycles can generally be parked. For washing and drying there is a common, well maintained cellar. In the attic there is a dry floor and a small storage room. In the quiet house mostly singles and couples live.
to the apartment:

- a total of 4 rooms are rented individually to roommates as WG
- the communal area consists of hallway with wardrobe/shower cabinet, new kitchen with dining area, tub/shower bathroom and a separate & new toilet
- in the bathroom are available for personal toilets.
- the new built-in kitchen in white/ oak has stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave/ kettle/ toaster/ coffee maker – everything.
- there is also a communal seating/dining place in the kitchen to the “Klön-Schnack”
ready. The use of dryers or dry floor in the DG (i.e. outside the apartment) is compulsory for mold avoidance
WG life:
We would like to introduce ourselves briefly to our new roommate(s). We are:
Eva (32 J.), German teacher at an integration language school. Sport is her passion and she is very traveling. Eva starts her doctorate shortly. Noon (28 J.) from Thailand has been in Germany for a few years. Noon is entertaining and much on the go in her few spare time. She is currently completing an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist in Münster. Daniel (24 J.), passionate chemist and is dedicated to new battery technologies at the Technologiehof in Münster. Since there is not enough chemistry for him, Daniel is studying chemistry technology at the Evening School. In between Daniel likes to bake bread so that the basic care of the WG is secured ;-)
Shiva (30 J.) leaves us now. So we're looking for a new, nice roommate or roommate...
For music, sports or simply “tired” we are all to have. The communal seating in the kitchen is used to exchange and cook together from “Thai” to “Tiramisu” – or perhaps Eva invites her balcony.
Otherwise: cleaning plan, mutual consideration and let life & living...

The monthly rent (in EUR) is understood as “All-in-Miete”
(normal wear and consumption conditions assuming):
- Cold rental for your own room
- additional costs of the apartment and the house
(General electricity, waste disposal, maintenance etc.)
- Heating costs and water costs are fully included.
- Electricity costs (including hot water, washing machine) are included in the rental price of up to 3,500 kWh p.a. Excessive consumption is transferred to the tenants in equal parts and recalculated.
- Use of the (part)furnished room
- proportional use of the common facilities (flur, bath/WC and kitchen)
- proportional use of attic space as well as washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The monthly rental is due in advance at the beginning of each month.
The rental deposit is due within 14 days with the conclusion of the contract.
