39sqm room and two more rooms in 5s WG will be free 39qm Zimmer und zwei weitere Zimmer in 5er WG wird frei

Rooms
In our spacious house-WG, my large 39sqm room on the ground floor is free as of 01.04. As early as 01.03, two more rooms are free (16qm and 12qm) The ads are also looking for Wg.
My room offers a lot of space to divide the room into living areas and set up according to your ideas. The huge panoramic window floods the whole room with light, but due to the good insulation it is not above average warm in summer. You can make it really cozy here :)
You would also have direct access to the large terrace. The owner takes care of the adjacent garden.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet and Lisa's room. A large bathroom and the other rooms are located in the 1st OG.

For all curtains (9pcs), the insulation of the door and my part for the new hob, I would like to have a discount of 150€. The room is rented unfurnished, but the landlord can provide furniture.

The rental price of 690 € warm also includes Wi-Fi, GEZ, which our landlord takes care of.

A car park right in front of the house can be rented for 40€.

Location
The WG is located in Coerde, 5 min walk to the Coerde market with many shopping and in 2 min. you are at the bus stop Coerde. It is about 1.3km from the centre of North and 3km from the city centre.
In the immediate vicinity there are two forest pieces and the Rieselfelder are also reached almost without car traffic. The canal is just a short kilometre away and in the summer a great cooling option.

WG life
Your new roommates are Lisa and Charlie and two unknown people:) The WG is therefore quite new.

Lisa is 31 and makes a training a businesswoman for office management. She likes to cook and bake, cares for her room plants, enjoys exploring the region on weekends and regularly goes to the market.

Charlie is 27 years old and studies free art and social work. It is important for the WG to live an emphatic and mindful coexistence :)

We all have our work and university everyday, but in the kitchen you will often meet someone to talk and occasionally it goes together in ne Bar, concerts or the club. In the summer we have the perfect location to drive together spontaneously off the hustle and bustle in the city to the canal.

Other
The WG also includes a terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen and shared by us. The garden belongs to our landlord and is maintained by him.

Zimmer
In unserer geräumigen Haus-WG wird zum 01.04 mein großes 39qm Zimmer im Erdgeschoss frei. Bereits zum 01.03. werden zwei weitere Zimmer frei (16qm und 12qm) Die Anzeigen sind auch auf Wg-gesucht.
Mein Zimmer bietet sehr viel Platz um den Raum in Wohnbereiche einzuteilen und ganz nach deinen Vorstellungen einzurichten. Das riesige Panoramafenster durchflutet den ganzen Raum mit Licht, doch durch die gute Isolierung ist es auch im Sommer nicht überdurchschnittlich warm. Man kann es sich hier also richtig gemütlich machen :)
Du hättest zudem einen direkten Zugang auf die große Terrasse. Um den angrenzendenden Garten kümmert sich der Vermieter.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem noch ein WC und Lisa's Zimmer. Ein großes Badezimmer und die anderen Zimmer befinden sich im 1. OG.

Für alle Vorhänge (9Stk.), die Isolierung der Tür und meinen Teil für die neue Herdplatte, hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 150€. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, allerdings kann der Vermieter Möbel bereitstellen.

Der Mietpreis von 690 € warm beinhaltet auch WLAN, GEZ, worum sich unser Vermieter kümmert.

Ein Autostellplatz direkt vor dem Haus kann für 40€ dazu gemietet werden.

Lage
Die WG liegt in Coerde, 5 min zu Fuß zum Coerde Markt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 2 min. ist man bei der Bushaltestelle Coerde. Zum Bahnhof Zentrum Nord sind es etwa 1,3km und in die Innenstadt 3km.
In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen zwei Waldstücke und die Rieselfelder erreicht man auch fast ohne Autoverkehr. Der Kanal ist nur einen knappen Kilometer entfernt und im Sommer eine super Abkühlungsmöglichkeit.

WG-Leben
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Lisa und Charlie und noch zwei unbekannte Menschen :) Die WG gestaltet sich also recht neu.

Lisa ist 31 und macht eine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Büromanagement. Sie kocht und backt gerne, umsorgt ihre Zimmerpflanzen, erkundet am Wochenende gerne die Region und geht regelmäßig auf den Markt.


Charlie ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert freie Kunst und soziale Arbeit . Sie interessiert sich für Politik und tanzt gerne. Für das WG leben ist ihr ein emphatisches und achtsames Miteinander wichtig :)

Wir haben alle unseren Arbeits- und Unialltag, in der Küche wirst du aber häufig jemanden zum quatschen treffen und gelegentlich geht es gemeinsam in ne Bar, auf Konzerte oder in den Club. Im Sommer haben wir die perfekte Lage, um zusammen spontan abseits des Trubels in der Stadt an den Kanal zu fahren.

Sonstiges
Zur WG gehört noch eine Terrasse, die von der Küche aus betreten werden kann und von uns gemeinsam genutzt wird. Der Garten gehört unserem Vermieter und wird von ihm gepflegt.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr euch kennen zu lernen :)
