15 qm ohne Schrägen und mit Laminatboden. Das Fenster geht zur Strasse raus, du solltest also nicht allzu lärmempfindlich sein :)

Unsere WG befindet sich direkt an der Wolbecker Ecke Hansaring. Also perfekte Lage. Du würdest mit Simon, Robin, Christin und Max zusammen wohnen.
Zu Christin und Robin gehört auch Hund Jari 🐶 Er ist noch immer etwas unsicher und reagiert in Situationen, die ihm nicht geheuer sind manchmal etwas wild. Es kann also sein, dass er seine Zeit braucht, um ein neues "Rudelmitglied" aufzunehmen. Bei Simon und Max hat es aber auch gut funktioniert.

!!Dennoch wichtig: Angst vor Hunden oder eine Tierhaarallergie wären nicht so optimal :)!!

Wir sind eine entspannte WG, in der gerne mal in der Küche gequatscht wird. Ansonsten genießen aber auch alle die Privatsphäre im eigenen Zimmer.

Our flat share is located directly at the corner of Wolbecker and Hansaring-- A perfect location. You would live with Simon, Robin, Christin and Max. Christin and Robin also have had a dog, Jari 🐶 He is still a little insecure and sometimes reacts a little wildly in situations that he is not comfortable with. So it may be that he needs his time to take on a new "pack member". But it also worked well for Simon and Max.

!!!Nevertheless: Fear of dogs or an allergy to animal hair would not be ideal :)!!!

We are a relaxed flat share where people like to chat in the kitchen. Otherwise, everyone can enjoy privacy in their own room.
