hallo!

Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für ein ca. 13qm großes Zimmer in einer WG. Die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch renoviert und ist nachdem ein Erstbezug. Sie hat eine komplett neue Küche mit Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Ein Balkon ist an der Küche angrenzend. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen Aufzug.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 750€, hinzu kommen aber noch Strom und Internet, dafür ist der Preis aber noch nicht festgelegt.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Joseph-König Straße im KOM Center. Das KOM Center hat einen Aldi, eine Pizzeria usw.
Zudem ist der Bahnhof Münster Nord fußläufig erreichbar.
Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Innenstadt ist ungefähr in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

In der Wohnung wohne ich (Nele, 20 Jahre) und studiere jetzt ab Oktober Lehramt im ersten Semester mit den Fächern Deutsch und Biologie.
Ich wohne bisher auch erst ein paar Tage in der Wohnung und bin noch etwas am einrichten.
Gerade bin ich auch noch dabei mich in der Stadt einzuleben.
