Hello everyone!

A room in our cozy 2-person WG will be available starting April 1st (or a bit earlier), and I am looking for a friendly new flatmate. The room will be unfurnished. The flat is located in the city center close to Ludgerikreise, a great area with cafés, and public transport nearby. Aasee is in 5 min walking distance and Hbf - in 10 min. Even though the street is very central, it is quiet. The windows face the school, so it is quite busy from 7:30 in the morning during school times.
The flat has a kitchen combined with living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The washing machine is in a basement, and is only for use of our WG. There is no dishwasher or balcony.

You will be living with Alexei (28) who is doing his PhD at the Uni-Münster in the field of batteries. He enjoys traveling, learning languages (but still struggling with German), playing piano, singing and cannot imagine his life without music. He is very open, and a good companion for a chat, walking or doing sports and likes cooking if there is time for that.
Common activities are welcome but not a must.

Someone open-minded and active, LGBT-friendly. Tidiness is a big plus: if you don't consider cleaning as a weekly burden but can keep the place tidy normally.
