The room is about 10 m2 large, bright and friendly, with a large window and beautiful laminate floor. It is unfurnished so you can set it up to your taste.

Our apartment is located in Hansaviertel, just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, cafes and a bus stop. The train station is also nearby. By bike you are super fast in downtown and the canal is also not far.

We are currently two close friends who live here and appreciate a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We like to spend time together, whether during cooking or during a cozy evening, but also leave room for privacy. We are looking for someone who also appreciates the common WG life.

Please note that we do not have Wi-Fi in the apartment right now. The second room will soon be free if you know someone who wants to move in with you. The apartment is fully equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a modern bathroom.
