The apartment is about 75 sqm and is located on the first floor. It consists of three rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen hallway and a very large balcony from which you can look at the Münsteraner Promenade. It is a real highlight in our apartment and can be reached by two rooms and used evenly by all roommates. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or underground garage. The bathroom is shared with Clemens, because Sofia has its own bathroom. This makes the morning bath use very relaxed. :
The kitchen was rebuilt in July 2023 and very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
The location is really perfect, quiet, from the balcony you look directly into the green yet super central. The apartment is located between old town and Kreuzviertel, within the Promenadenring. Whether in the Kreuzviertel or in the centre, you can reach many cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within a short time. All important shops can be reached by bicycle or by bicycle.
You will live with Sofia and Clemens.
Sofia has been living in the WG for 2 years and studies BWL at the University of Münster. She cooks (and eats) very much, is a coffee lover and likes to drink cocktails. You might want to explore with their cafes ☕️ and bars 🍸 from Münster.
Clemens studies sports and economics and is also active in his free time at Volleyball 🏐 or prepares delicious bowls at Green Panda 🐼 or Frozen Yoghurt at Yomaro. In between, he likes to rise up loudly about his university tasks and is always to be fooled!
We all have our everyday life and often a lot to do, but we like to talk about everything possible, whether in the evening in the door frame or in the summer cozy on the balcony with a pizza. The doors are usually open with us, except you don't want to be disturbed. What creates a very family atmosphere and you can look forward to coming home. :
I always took care of our balcony during my WG time, so if you have a green thumb, there may be a plus point.
We feed mainly vegetarian, but meat eaters are also welcome
I would like to hand over the room furnitureed and request a discount of 350,00€ for the following furniture:
