We are looking for two new roommates for our beautiful house with a large garden about 1km outside of Münster / Albachen.
We are located outside, supermarkets, the train station and other facilities of daily life in the Albachte and Roxel districts but are only one kilometre away and can be reached by bike in a few minutes. We are so to speak straight enough away that it looks rural: -) The city centre is also not really far away by bike, bus or train.
Since we have only recently been living here as a WG, there is always something to do in the house and in the garden to get set up here so that it would be great if you would like to join us. That does not, of course, mean that one must not even withdraw if one wants to rest. Since the bedrooms are on the upper floor and the actual life of the WG takes place down in the garden, the kitchen or the large living room, you can easily decide according to your desire and mood, according to which you are straight.
We live here with four and are all working and 26 to 41 years old.
In the house there are 2 complete bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with wood-burning stove, 3 terraces, of which one is covered, a large garden with berry trees and fruit trees, a fireplace, a small but well-equipped workshop, a bicycle shed and a vegetable garden. Dogs would also be very welcome in principle and would have a nice life here thanks to the large garden, beautiful forests and hiking trails in the surrounding area and animal-like roommates.
My daughter lives with me at times, which the house can fill in a very beautiful way with life, but also with a certain sound setting or around toys (but she can also work very quietly in her room when someone needs rest).

wir suchen zwei neue MitbewohnerInnen für unser schönes Haus mit großem Garten etwa 1km außerhalb von Münster/ Albachen.
Von der Lage her sind wir zwar außerorts, Supermärkte, der Bahnhof und sonstige Einrichtungen des täglichen Lebens in den Stadtteilen Albachten und Roxel sind aber nur einen Kilometer entfernt und somit in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir sind sozusagen geradeso weit genug weg, das es ländlich aussieht :-) Auch die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad, Bus oder Bahn nicht wirklich weit weg.
Da wir erst seit kurzem hier als WG zusammen wohnen, gibt es im Haus und im Garten immer etwas zu tun, um sich hier schön einzurichten, so dass es toll wäre, wenn du Lust hast, dich hier mit einzubringen. Das heißt aber natürlich nicht, dass man sich nicht auch mal zurückziehen darf, wenn man mal Ruhe haben möchte. Da die Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk sind und das eigentliche WG-Leben unten im Garten, der Küche oder dem großen Wohnzimmer stattfindet, kann man praktischerweise je nach Lust und Laune entscheiden, wonach einem gerade ist.
Wir wohnen hier zu viert und sind alle berufstätig und 26 bis 41 Jahre alt.
Im Haus gibt es 2 komplette Badezimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen, 3 Terrassen, von denen eine überdacht ist, einen großen Garten mit Beerensträuchern und Obstbäumen, eine Feuerstelle, eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Werkstatt, einen Fahrradschuppen und einen Gemüsegarten. Auch Hunde wären grundsätzlich sehr gerne willkommen und hätten hier dank dem großen Garten, schönen Wäldern und Wanderwegen in der Umgebung und tierlieben Mitbewohnern ein schönes Leben.
Meine Tochter lebt zeitweise bei mir, was das Haus auf eine sehr schöne Art mit Leben, aber eben auch mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse oder rumliegenden Spielzeugen füllen kann (sie kann sich aber auch gut leise in ihrem Zimmer beschäftigen, wenn mal jemand Ruhe braucht).
