As I travel for a month during the semester holidays, I rent my nice old building room (we can talk about the exact data again) :)
Your room is 12m2 tall, but is significantly larger due to the spacious plateau. My furniture would all remain in it, but of course I would give you enough space for your things :)

The location is relatively central, you need 10min by bike to the city center, but is for example significantly faster also on the canal, on the Warendorfer Straße and 5min walk away there is Rewe, net, Rossmann etc.
At night it is definitely nicely quiet, as Mauritz is more a cozy residential area.

We are not a purpose WG, but are always doing WG evenings or are happy to entertain us with a tea/coffee in the kitchen :) If you need your rest, it's perfectly fine. Cleanliness is also very important to us and we have a cleaning plan!
You would live together with Moritz (26), study social work and Lara (20), study geography :) We will be happy to discuss everything else with an expert!

For the period I would want to take 200€ bail, but of course you will get back completely if nothing has broken :)
