We're looking for a male roommate from 22 years, please don't write us if you're younger.
The room is approx. 17sqm large and very bright and super spacious due to two large roof windows and therefore also fast to ventilate. All additional costs are already included in the specified rent, as these are directly included by the Studierendenwerk. In addition, each room has its own WLan router. Our apartment is about 150 square meters and distributed on two floors. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a sofa corner and access to the balcony (here you can enjoy breakfast and learn in the morning sun), as well as a bathroom with shower and the rooms of Aron (27) and Dortje (23). On the second floor there is another bathroom with tub as well as your future room and the remaining rooms of Amelie (26), Joshua (22) and Vanessa (22).
The room is ready for furniture. What I would leave there would be: the desk chair, the sofa (which can be folded out as a sofa bed for guests and offers storage space inside, the bed frame with slat rust, the desk, and the huge wardrobe. For this I would have to take a fair price of 540€, as the things are still new and mostly without traces of use. the receipt and price calculation can be requested with interest. So perfect to start directly.
The WG is located on the outskirts of the center in a quiet street, which is inhabited by about half students and the other half by families. Up to the Mensa at the ring you need 6 minutes by bike, the castle about 10 minutes and the train station 20 minutes. The FH Münster and the sports campus of the university are within easy and easy reach, as well as the Leonardo campus and the Campus Café. In addition, fields and forests are directly adjacent to the residential area. These paths are used as jogging paths or simply for switching off in the learning phase.
Shops can also be easily reached by bike. In 10 minutes you can reach the York Center, which offers Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, DM, a pharmacy and other shops. Lidl and Rewe in Gievenbeck are just as close.
Right behind the house is the bus stop "Alte Sternwarte", which is run by line 2 and N85. The stop "Horstmarer Landweg", which is additionally driven by line 13, is only a few meters away.
Our WG is a rather mixed bunch with Aron (27, Sports Sciences M.S.), Dortje (23, Psychology B.S.), Amelie (26, Medicine), Joshua (22, Chemistry Master) and Vanessa (22, Economic Chemistry).
We are definitely not a purpose WG: cooking together in our new kitchen, chatting or beer/aperol/coffee on our balcony, watching movies, playing games or birthday parties and common parties are some things we like to do together. So you should want to integrate yourself into community life.
Actually, there's almost always someone at home, but if you want to rest, that's all right, and then the room door just stays too:)
Don't let the roommates scare you! 6 people definitely listen to more than they feel. The apartment offers a lot of space and also through different daily routines it can be very quiet. It never happens!
