Ruhiges WG Zimmer in zentraler Wohnlage

Die Wohnung liegt in St. Johann in der Mainzer Straße nahe des/im Viertel "Am Staden". Trotz der Lage direkt an der Mainzer Straße ist die Wohnung vergleichsweise ruhig und hat zusätzlich die Lage in einen großen ruhigen Innenhof. Die Tram fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür und der Supermarkt Penny befindet sich auch in direkter Nähe. In ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg befinden sich noch weitere Supermärkte(Aldi, Lidl und Edeka), die Saarwiesen am Staden und eine Bushaltestelle von der man direkt zur UdS fahren kann. Auch in die Innenstadt oder ins Nauwieser Viertel gelangt man schnell über die Tram oder in 10 min zu Fuß. Ansonsten sind direkt in der Umgebung noch ein paar Imbisse und Cafes, ein großes Fitnessstudio, ein Gemüseladen und eine Bank.

The apartment is located in St. Johann on Mainzer Straße, near/in the "Am Staden" district. Despite its location directly on Mainzer Straße, the apartment is relatively quiet and also has a view of a large, quiet courtyard. The tram stops almost right in front of the door, and the Penny supermarket is also very close by. Within about a 5-minute walk, there are more supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, and Edeka), the Saarwiesen at Staden, and a bus stop that provides direct access to the University of Saarland (UdS). The city center and the Nauwieser Viertel can also be quickly reached via the tram or within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, there are a few small restaurants, cafes, a large gym, a vegetable store, and a bank in the area.

ich bin Tobias bin 26 Jahre alt und habe Mitte Dezember des letzten Jahres meine Promotion an der UdS angefangen und bin daher frisch nach Saarbrücken gezogen in die Wohnung mit dem hier angebotenen WG-Zimmer :).

In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, treffe mich mit Freunden (zum Essen/Kochen, Spieleabend, was gemeinsam trinken, Sport machen oder feiern gehen) mache vor allem im Sommer gerne mal draußen Sport (Basketball, Fußball, Padel-Tennis, Beach-Volleyball). Ansonsten bin ich auch relativ breit interessiert und man findet mit mir auch gelegentlich ein passendes interessantes Gesprächsthema ;).

In der WG würde es mich natürlich freuen, wenn man sich gut versteht und zwanglos mal in der Freizeit was unternimmt, wenn man Lust hat. Natürlich soll es für dich als auch für mich in der WG die Möglichkeit geben sich zurückziehen zu können und ein möglichst angenehmes und respektvolles Miteinander in der WG damit zu schaffen. Ansonsten wäre es mir wichtig, dass man die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sauber hält, vermutlich in Zukunft dann auch, anhand eines Putzplanes. Selbstverständlich kann man auch Freunde in die WG einladen, WG-Partys wird es in der Form aber vermutlich eher nicht geben, da im Haus auch Familien leben.

I'm Tobias, 26 years old, and I started my PhD at UdS in mid-December last year. I recently moved to Saarbrücken into the apartment with the WG room offered here. :)

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, meeting friends (for eating/cooking, game nights, having drinks, doing sports, or going out), and in the summer, I like to do sports outdoors (basketball, soccer, padel tennis, beach volleyball). I also have a broad range of interests, so you’ll often find a suitable and interesting topic to discuss with me. ;)

In the WG, I would be happy if we get along well and occasionally do things together in our free time if we feel like it. Of course, both you and I should have the opportunity to retreat to our rooms to ensure a pleasant and respectful coexistence in the WG. Additionally, it’s important to me that the shared spaces are kept clean, likely with the help of a cleaning schedule in the future. Naturally, you’re welcome to invite friends over, but WG parties in the traditional sense probably won’t happen, as there are also families living in the building.

Schreib mir gerne ein paar Worte zu dir und wie du dir das WG-Leben vorstellen würdest. Alles weitere würden wir dann klären, wenn ich dich zu einem Kennenlernen mit Zimmer/Wohnungsbesichtigung einlade.
