I offer my room for rent from December to April because I am currently writing my bachelor thesis outside of Stuttgart. The furniture would remain in the desk chair.
The entire apartment was renovated in autumn 2023

The WG is in the 1. Stock directly at Daimlerplatz opposite Café & Bar Gottlieb and the Stadtbahn stop.
On foot you need approx. 1 minute to the city railway and about 5 minutes to the train station Bad Cannstatt (S-Bahn line 1, 2 and 3 drive directly to the university to Vaihingen).
There are two bakers, a City Rewe, the Cannstatter Carré with Kaufland, Lidl, Müller, H&M etc. and many more directly nearby. The Neckarufer and the old town are only about 3 minutes away.
Since under the week most are always in university/vocational school or work and often go to home on weekends, it is usually very quiet. From time to time, however, we are on our way together as we have time and pleasure.
