Love WG searchers out there🌞
from 1st February 2025, this beautiful room about 24 sqm is accessible. The room has three windows, is very bright and has pleasantly high ceilings due to the beautiful old building architecture. I'd be happy to hand over her wardrobe to you. You could also take a pallet bed.
In the rest of the WG there is a nice large and cozy kitchen. This is equipped with everything you need. We have a dishwasher. There is also a living room with couch, a daylight bath with bathtub, a seperate toilet, a small guest room, a storage room and a beautiful balcony overlooking the greenery.
From the apartment there are no 3 min walk. to the Uff-Kirchhoff underground station and about 10 minutes to the Bad Cannstatt S-Bahn stop or Nuremberger Straße. The house is located on a slightly driven dead end and also the spa park and the Solebad are nearby.
The Carré with Kaufland, Lidl and Denns as well as an Aldi are within walking distance.
There is also a table tennis table and a food sharing stand right around the corner.
Living in the WG:
Anna-Lena (31) works as a teacher in a school for people with disabilities. In her spare time she likes to cook vegans, act sporty with yoga, jogging or workouts and likes to go to the theatre.
Flo (23) soon completes his education as a media designer Image & Ton in the opera and will continue working there. If he doesn't photograph or film, he likes to screw around his mofa, hitting on flea markets for new treasures for his room/his record collection or showing you his new favorite song when cooking.
Eva (27) studies theatre education and acting at the Theaterakademie in Stuttgart East. She likes to take yoga, go to party and chills in the park in nice weather.
With you, Christoph, Anna-Lena's friend will join you in February. Christoph likes to make sports and can delight in good coffee, chocolate and green tea and always has a good taste.
We spend time together, mostly when we meet all in the kitchen. Then we like to cook together.
We are open to play and film evenings and enjoy the one or other drink in the evening sun on our balcony.
And the sunset can be enjoyed on the roof with a wonderful view!
Under the week we are mostly busy with studying or working. Again and again a WG party is initiated, usually when someone had a birthday.
In addition to all the common ones, however, we are equally important that everyone can enjoy their time and have space for themselves.
We live in an open-minded, tolerant and thoughtful coexistence. Cleanliness and order is also important.
