After a happy time in this room, I have to decide for a move because of a job change.
The room is about 18 m2 and can be used as a bedroom, living room and work room. The room has two windows with roller shutters in the roof slopes, which let in plenty of daylight. It is oriented south-west so that it is flooded in the evening by beautiful sunlight. With the withdrawal date I am flexible – we will surely find a solution.
The WG extends over two floors:
On the lower floor are the kitchen, the main bathroom, a guest toilet and three of the four rooms. On the upper floor is the fourth room. The apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and is modernly equipped. We have two refrigerators, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large bathroom offers enough space, even for a clothes rack. In addition, there is a small storage chamber in the hallway of the first floor as well as a basement compartment and a safe bicycle cellar.
A special advantage of the apartment is that all further costs are already included in the rent. This means that there are no additional expenses for incidental costs, Internet, GEZ or the like. Optionally, a resident parking card can be purchased for about 30 € per year.

The situation could hardly be better! In the beautiful Stuttgarter Seelberg you are almost directly at the Neckar, where you can spend the sunny summer days wonderfully. At the same time, you are fast in Stuttgart-Mitte and excellently connected to the other districts.
Stuttgart Seelberg is currently one of the most sought after residential areas in Stuttgart thanks to its top position. And if you think that Bad Cannstatt has little to offer, you will certainly learn better from this part with its green parks, charming old buildings and excellent connection!
The next Aldi is not a five-minute walk. You can reach the S- and subway station (Uff-Kirchhof) in a maximum of ten minutes on foot. For everything else, the Carré is nearby where you can find Kaufland, Müller, Apotheken and much more.
The neighborhood is quiet and free from disturbing noise, such as trains. With a parking pass, you can usually easily find a parking space right in front of the front door.

Steve moved in March 2024 and is currently studying at the Master's. He also works as a working student and is happy to be on the go. It is always for a common dinner, a loose snack or a beer – as well as for activities such as boulders or swimming.
Fabian works as a trainee and moved to WG in October 2024. With its relaxed and open way, he quickly relived. Whether sports, meeting with friends or spontaneous activities – Fabian is always there!
Both are very tidy and thoughtful!
