In my room I always felt very comfortable ☺️ Through the two windows it is beautifully bright and the high old building ceilings and the wooden floor create a spacious and cozy atmosphere. The room is very practical and offers plenty of space to sleep, work or relax. From the window you have a beautiful view of the picturesque old buildings and a large tree.
The 200 euros in the detachment relate to a kitchen cup, which each of us had to pay when moving to the landlord.
In 5 min walk you will be at Wilhelmsplatz, where you will have access to various subways and with the S-Bahn in 6 min at the main station. Right in front of the front door is the subway station Daimlerplatz. A bakery and a delicious cheese shop are also directly next to it.
In about 5 minutes you will get the Cannstatter Carré department store there you will find everything you need. There is also the Smile X gym. Also in a few minutes you will be in the old town of Bad Cannstatt with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and the weekly market. Right in front of our house is also the beautiful Café Gottlieb, where everything is going. If you like hits, you're also right, in a few minutes you're walking on the Canstatter Wasen. The fights up!
The nearby spa park, Neckar and the vineyards invite you to walk, sun, volleyball or next (wine) picnic. In addition, there are many natural water sources in Bad Cannstatt, which provide all the mineral baths, and you can drink the mineral water at many public places. "It tastes excellent." - no one has said so far, but it is definitely healthy.
Your roommates will be Rafael, Lisa and Peter.
Rafael (32) works as a project controller with a transmission system operator and lives longest in the WG. In his spare time he likes hiking, cycling and playing volleyball. He cooks frequently and well (even in society).
Lisa (29) works as an engineer with a power grid operator, plays volleyball and goes on holiday like hiking. Whether it's common cooking/playing evenings or an evening wine, it's welcome. However, it can also become more calm by work, especially under the week.
Peter (29) works as project manager and doctoral student at a research institute. For relaxation he likes to do a lot of sports, for example swimming and whenever possible it is in the choir. If he's not on the go, he's very happy to be on the start for joint activities.
We are looking forward to new roommates who like to actively participate in the WG life and even after the evening spontaneously talk about God and the world. Generally, the doors are always "open" with us, but everyone needs time for themselves. A respectful, open and cordial approach is important to us.
In addition, it should be mentioned that in our house there are 3 more WG ́s with which we understand very well.
So you can also enjoy an aperol with the "Aperoli-WG" after the evening on the balcony or make a game evening with the "Erstie-WG".
You can park your bike in the bicycle cellar and our own basement compartment offers enough storage space for everything else that doesn't fit into the room.
If you think you'll fit us, please write us a few lines about you.
We look forward to seeing you!
Peter, Rafael & Lisa (and Clea, who unfortunately pulls out)
P.S. An intermediate rental for e.g. master thesis or longer internship is also possible!
