Unsere aktuelle Mitbewohnerin hat ihren Auszug zum Endes des Februars 2025 geplant, aber falls du das Zimmer ein paar Tage früher benötigst, können wir gerne darüber reden. Die Vermieter möchten gerne eine Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr, aber bei Suche eines Nachmieters ist ein Auszug auch problemlos früher möglich.
Unsere aktuelle Mitbewohnerin möchte gerne die Möbel im Zimmer lassen. Zur Ausstattung gehören: ein großes Bett (180x200cm), 2 Matratzen, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Bürostuhl, ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und 2 Wandregale. Außerdem überlässt sie dir gerne einen Mülleimer sowie einen Wäschekorb und einen praktischen Wäscheständer. Die Kommode wurde gebraucht gekauft, die restlichen Möbel sind jedoch neu aus 2022 und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Da es unserer Mitbewohnerin wichtig ist, dass die Möbel übernommen werden, bietet sie sie alle zu einem tollen Preis von 230€ an. Das erleichtert dir dann natürlich auch den Einzug.
Den Ablösebetrag für die Möbel kannst du natürlich dann ebenfalls an deinen zukünftigen Nachmieter weitergeben.
