The house is halfway up the mountain and has a beautiful, unobstructed view towards the TV tower. After 8 minutes walk you are at the stop pipe, which is accessible with the S1, S2, S3. From there, there are only 3 stations to the University of Stuttgart and another 3 stations to the city centre.
In addition, you will be in the forest in 5 minutes, which is great for jogging or other sports activities.

You'll find a Lidl in about 10 minutes. The bonus is only 5 minutes away for smaller errands. The pharmacy and the bank are within walking distance.

Das Haus liegt auf halber Höhe am Berg und hat durch seine Bauweise einen wunderschönen unverbaubaren Blick in Richtung Fernsehturm. Nach 8 Minuten Fußweg ist man an der Haltestelle Rohr, die mit der S1, S2, S3 erreichbar ist. Von dort aus sind es nur 3 Stationen zur Universität Stuttgart und weitere 3 Stationen zur Stadtmitte.
Darüber hinaus ist man in 5 Minuten im Wald, der sich super zum Joggen oder anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten eignet.

Einen Lidl findest du in knapp 10 Minuten Gehweg. Für kleinere Besorgungen eignet sich auch der Bonus, der nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Apotheke und Bank sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

I, Laura, will leave the WG after a little more than two years as I move to another city for my master's degree.
Your new roommates are Johanna (25) and Nikola (23), where Nikola will also move soon so that her room will be free. Nikola is writing her bachelor's thesis in childhood education.
Johanna is moving into the WG at the end of February. She studies sustainable corporate management and starts her practice semester from April. In her free time she likes to read, go jogging and would be happy to try new cafes / restaurants together.
As you can see, there is a big change in our WG. This, of course, offers you the opportunity to build a new community together with Johanna and the new roommate, who will move into Nicholas's room. Since Nikola does not know exactly when she is moving out, the search for a new tenant will only start in a few days / weeks.

Ich, Laura, werde nach etwas mehr als 2 Jahren die WG verlassen, da ich für mein Master-Studium in eine andere Stadt ziehe.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Johanna (25) und Nikola (23), wobei Nikola ebenfalls demnächst umziehen wird, sodass ihr Zimmer auch frei wird. Nikola schreibt gerade an ihrer Bachelorarbeit in Kindheitspädagogik.
Johanna zieht Ende Februar in die WG ein. Sie studiert Nachhaltige Unternehmensführung und startet ab April in ihr Praxissemester. In ihrer Freizeit liest sie gerne, geht joggen und würde sich freuen, gemeinsam neue Cafés/Restaurants auszuprobieren.
Wie du siehst, ist in unserer WG aktuell ein großer Umbruch. Das bietet dir natürlich die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit Johanna und dem/der neuen Mitbewohner/in, die in Nikolas Zimmer einziehen wird, eine neue Gemeinschaft aufzubauen. Da Nikola noch nicht genau weiß, wann sie auszieht, wird die Suche nach einem Nachmieter erst in ein paar Tagen/Wochen beginnen.

I'd like to leave my bed (without mattresses) for a small drop-off. The bed can be removed from a single bed (80 cm) to a double bed (160 cm) and thus offers the ideal solution for a small room. It also has two drawers for additional storage.
The small shelf on which my Tv is standing can also be taken over if necessary.

Ich würde gerne mein Bett (ohne Matratzen) gegen eine kleine Ablösesumme da lassen. Das Bett kann von einem Einzelbett (80 cm) zu einem Doppelbett (160 cm) ausgezogen werden und bietet damit die ideale Lösung für ein kleines Zimmer. Außerdem hat es zwei Schubladen für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Das kleine Regal auf dem mein Tv steht kann bei Bedarf ebenfalls übernommen werden.
