Hi there :) we are looking for a fourth flatmate for our cosy place in Degerloch. Available from 01.01.2025 but date is flexible.
It's not only a wonderful and big room but all in all a comfy flat and great location. All furniture stays so you can comfortably just come with your things. The entire shared apartment is quite large, this is the biggest room. We have a shared bathroom and toilet. A shared kitchen and with a bright Wintergarten/balcony. It's a quiet flat and quiet location, yet only 2 minutes to supermarkets and public transport.
Location
The flat is in a great spot, only one minute to the underground (from there 10 minutes to Charlottenplatz (center), 12 minutes to HBF. There are many offers nearby, 1-3 minutes to Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Tegut, Naturgut and DM. Pharmacies and cafés are close by as well.
Now 3 roommates share the apartment. Living here means joining a warm and welcoming community of lovely girls. Cleanliness matters to us! We have a weekly cleaning schedule where everyone does a specific task. So if you're a friendly girl who enjoys a harmonious living environment, this room could be perfect for you.
