Bed velcro wall hybrid that is ideal for exercising while offering space for visitors. This piece of furniture has to be taken over (office after consultation). Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, the room is flooded with light and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
On cold days, electric heating ensures that the room is quickly brought to pleasant temperatures.
In addition, the room is equipped with a wardrobe, a desk and a few shelves that can be taken over without detachment.
The WG is located in 70469 Stuttgart-Feuerbach.
In less than 5 minutes you will get an Edeka shopping center, as well as ALDI, LIDL and an OBI building market.
The location is quiet but nevertheless central with good transport connections.
The underground and S-Bahn station Feuerbach (lines S4, S5 and S6) as well as the underground station Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz are within 10 minutes walking distance.
The WG is characterized by a quiet and relaxed everyday life, which I share with two friendly and open roommates (Ü30). A respectful coexistence is important to us, and possible conflicts are resolved in a calm and adult way.
About once a month we spontaneously organize a common meal with one of the inhabitants of the house. This always creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere – so far food was not vegan or vegetarian, but we are open to new proposals.
Smoking is not a problem with us as long as it happens in the garden or in front of the front door. It is important to us that everyone in the WG feels comfortable and take care of each other.
Despite the greater age difference and our different lifestyles, we understand ourselves very well and maintain a harmonious coexistence.

equipped with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, two refrigerators and various kitchen appliances. The dining table offers space for social evenings.

Cosy furnished with couch and TV – ideal for relaxing.
