Since I am currently studying in the Black Forest under the week, I would like to rent a room for my 2-room apartment for the period of study, i.e. you can use the entire 70sqm apartment alone under the week.
Your room is estimated to be 18 sqm and is rented unfurnished. The rest of the apartment (living room( my room), kitchen, daylight bath, separate toilet) is fully furnished. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The room and the apartment are absolutely quiet.
There is a great balcony overlooking the TV Tower and across Stuttgart.
I'm looking for someone who's often gone on weekends, so we're going to add up.
I am happy about nice requests!

The apartment is located at the end of a dead end of Stuttgart-Ost (Gablenberg). There is no transit traffic and parking facilities without a resident parking card. Otherwise, the Bubenbad tram stop is a 10-minute walk away and the Gablenberg bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. You can walk in 20 minutes at Olgaeck and by bus in about 15 minutes at Hbf.
Shops and bakers are within walking distance.

A classic WG life will not exist because I will not be in the apartment for the most time (Sunday evening to Friday afternoon), but I am always looking forward to getting to know new people and having a friendly way of dealing with each other.

Please do not request requests under 6 months of rental! A later withdrawal date is possible after consultation. A longer rental period is also possible.
I don't have Wi-Fi in the apartment. If you need this, I ask you to take care of yourself and also take over the costs because I will not use it.
