We are looking for a: n new: n roommate: in for our 6-purpose WG. The room is with about 21m ^ 2 nice size. Through the many windows it is very bright and in the evening there are some beautiful sunsets to watch. From the private balcony with about 6m ^ 2 you can see over the cold valley. the room is delivered unfurnished.
Location
You are on foot in 4min at a city railway station (U14) with which you can drive to the city or to Vaihingen. To get to the university / university, the 82 bus is available, to which you run about 7min and who is at the university / university in 6min. Man ist zu Fuß in 4min an einer Stadtbahnstation (U14) mit der man in die Stadt oder nach Vaihingen fahren kann. Um an die Uni/Hochschule zu kommen bietet sich der 82 Bus an, zu dem man ca. 7min läuft und der in 6min an der Uni/ Hochschule ist. Zum einkaufen gibt es einige Optionen, die innerhalb ein paar Bahnstationen liegen. Aldi, Edeka, Bäcker, Schwabengallerie, Apotheke usw... Am Wochenende fährt alle 30-40 min ein Night Liner aus der Stadt bis zu der Stadtbahnstation Kaltental (4min entfernt).
