The room is small but fine with view to the green and totally quiet.

Behind the house is a garden that belongs to the apartment and outside the house is a small terrace where you can sit beautifully overlooking the city.

The apartment is super situated, you are in 20min walking in downtown, in 10min at university and in 5min at the bus stop Hölderlinstraße and at an Edeka. The neighborhood is quiet despite the very central location.

I (25) finished last year with my master and lived in WGs throughout my entire studies. I started working in October. I think it's very nice if we understand each other well and like to do something together or cook again and again, but it's also important that everyone has their privacy and is taken into consideration.
