Hey together,

The room is about 24 square meters in size, designed with a beautiful wooden floor (original still from 1920) that runs a little squeaky, but you get used to it quickly. In the room is a gas oven with which can be heated in winter.

The apartment could hardly be more central. We live close to Hans in the Luck Fountain. The Vegi and the Matahari and other bars and cafes are just around the corner. The nearest underground station is town hall. You can make it there in three minutes if you hurry. Otherwise, the S-Bahn stations of the city centre and Charlottenplatz can be reached in 10 minutes. You'll be on foot in 20 minutes. There is a pizzeria at the bottom of the house. Within a 5-10-minute walk you will find shops like Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, HIT, GoAsia, etc.

The apartment has a small balcony, which is accessible through the kitchen.
The shower is a shower bath. We also have a attic room to store things.

Your new roommate would be Luca 22, student at Hdm, who likes to cook, Ramona 23, working, actually always at the start something to do and Aleks 22, student at Hdm, who also likes to cook:)

Hey zusammen,

das Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß, ausgelegt mit einem schönen Holzdielenboden (original noch von 1920) der beim laufen etwas quietscht, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran 😁 Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Gasofen mit dem im Winter geheizt werden kann.

Die Wohnung könnte kaum zentraler liegen. Wir wohnen in direkter Nähe zum Hans im Glück Brunnen. Das Vegi und das Matahari und weitere Bars und Cafés sind direkt ums Eck. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist Rathaus. Dahin schafft man es - wenn man sich beeilt - in 3 Minuten. Ansonsten sind die S-Bahn-Stationen Stadtmitte und Charlottenplatz in 10 Minten entspannt zu erreichen. Am Hbf ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Unten im Haus befindet sich eine Pizzeria. Im Umkreis von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß findest du Einkaufsläden wie Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, HIT, GoAsia, etc.

Die Wohnung besitzt einen kleinen Balkon, der über die Küche zugänglich ist.
Bei der Dusche handelt es sich um eine Duschbadewanne. Zudem haben wir auch einen Dachbodenraum, um Sachen zu verstauen.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Luca 22, Student an der Hdm, der gerne kocht, Ramona 23, berufstätig, eigentlich immer am Start was zu unternehmen und Aleks 22, Student an der Hdm, der ebenfalls gerne kocht :)

Einziehen könntest du ab dem 15.03.25 - über die genauen Daten kann aber auch nochmal gesprochen werden :)
