I rent my beautiful 14sqm room from the ----/-------. The WG is super central. In a few minutes you will be at Charlottenplatz, City Hall or at Austrian Square. To the city centre you need about 5 minutes walk.

The 3 WG has a large living room and a beautiful balcony. Shower and toilet are seperat.
The room is 14sqm tall and bright. After agreement, the furniture can be overtaken for 200 (writing table, wardrobe, etc.).

You live with Nadja (30, Engineer) and Shantanu (27, Entrepreneur at DB). The WG is not a purpose WG and it is also appreciated to sit together occasionally. The apartment is located in 4. Stock, however, is easily accessible via an elevator.

If you're interested, register. I'm reachable in the evening and would offer sightseeings from 6 p.m. as I work during the day.

Ich vermiete mein schönes 14qm Zimmer ab dem ----/-------. Die WG liegt super zentral. In ein paar Minuten bist du beim Charlottenplatz, Rathaus oder beim österreichischen Platz. Zur Stadtmitte brauchst du knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die 3er WG verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen schönen Balkon. Dusche und Toilette sind seperat.
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und hell. Nach Absprache können die Möbel für 200übernommen werden (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, etc. ).

Du wohnst mit Nadja (30, Ingenieur) und Shantanu (27, Entrepreneur bei DB) zusammen. Die WG ist keine Zweck WG und man schätzt es auch, ab und an zusammen zu sitzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ist jedoch über einen Aufzug gut erreichbar.

Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne. Ich bin abends erreichbar und würde ab 18 Uhr Besichtigungen anbieten, da ich tagsüber arbeite.
