At the end of January a room will be free in our WG.

The apartment is centrally located. The bus stop “Tunnel Ostportal” is located 50m. The main station is 2min, or two stops.

In the immediate vicinity there are various possibilities for shopping, restaurants and bars, as well as banks and bakeries.

The location is 1a: with the line40 Rg Vogelsang you will be at the main station after 2 stops.

On foot you need about 10min to Aldi or Rewe (City), by bus about 5min.

Opposite the house is also a beverage shop where you can discover all kinds of drinks without having to drag a lot/around.

We are very modern and also share the new equipment from the kitchen and the bathroom. Cleanness and order are very important to us. We're not super penible either. :

Basically, we are rather calm, but when we meet, we always keep a nice chat and exchange ourselves.

We do purchases for the WG independently, we share the costs for this in an app (tricount); everything always remains fair.

I'm 29, working as a consultant, and I'm on my way. Besides me, Thea still lives here, she's a dual student at DHBW.

We're a decent, clean WG. A harmonious coexistence is important to us.

Budget tasks are shared, weekly we change with cleaning the shared spaces. In addition, there is an app that we use to fairly split costs that the individual has included for the community (picks, etc.).

From 30.09.24, we're looking for a 3rd roommate. If the period should not fit exactly, we can see if a solution can be found (if the collection date can be adjusted).
