Hello,

we, two guys and 1 girl, are looking for nice young roommate between 20 and 25 years for a great WG in idyllic location. Our house is located directly on the Körsch and the Hohenheimer Park, with a huge garden and many common areas for feeling well.

### Equipment of the house:
- **Solar plant and pellets heating**
- **Parquet floor**
- **3 bathroom**
- ** Parking for cars and bicycles**

### Our WG life:
We want you to feel comfortable, take care of each other and have a well-kept and clean house. A weekly cleaning of the common rooms is paid separately with 40 € per month. Every resident contributes to keeping order.

### Location:
In a few minutes you can walk through Hohenheimer Park to the University or Garbe. In the centre of Plieningen you can buy everything you need. Public transport is well connected through the Garbe (subway to Möhringen) and the Bus Plieningen Post (to the airport with S-Bahn, Degerloch etc.).
