I'm looking for a new roommate for my beautiful 3 room apartment
Here are some details:
To the apartment
•Location: Stuttgart Kaltental – quiet area with forest directly at the house.
Terrace with beautiful views and garden
Public transport U14 stop Kaltental
•Room: Your fully furnished room has 9 m2 with a very large south facing window and is very bright and friendly but can be completely darkened with the existing shutters.

1 drawer compartment approx. 100x70 cm, not on the picture, suitable for cabinet

The original furniture is restored. I just don't have a picture anymore.

Very nice location and very quiet, without traffic noise. Perfect if you like to sleep in the summer at night with tilted windows.
Since the house is very well isolated, it is nicely warm in the apartment in winter and in summer the heat stays out.
In the immediate vicinity there is a forest if you like to go jogging.
My name is Dajana, I am 18 years old and currently visit the Technical Gymnasium in Sindelfingen. After the Abi I would like to study in Esslingen, but I will continue to live in the WG.
By the way, I earn the money through various side jobs (currently on the Christmas market) and like to drive motorcycle.
I've been living in this WG for two years.
My roommate with whom I understood correctly changes her studies and therefore unfortunately has to change. 😪
At home I value cleanliness and order, but also like a cozy evening with nice conversations or common cooking.
