Since I am from 01. Going to Hamburg for half a year, you have the chance to go to my room in my great WG with the best roommates <3
You move into a sweet 11m2 large room with high ceilings, making the room totally airy and bigger. I would be happy to leave the room furnished for the period and request a deposit of 500€. The WG was refurbished about 7 years ago, so the windows are relatively new but the old building arm was still not lost. With your future roommates you will share the hallway, kitchen, bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. In summer you will also share the cosy balcony, which is directly connected to the kitchen. In addition, our house has a cool roof, from which you have a great view over Stuttgart.
In addition to a cellar room, the WG also includes a washing machine and a dishwasher, both located in the apartment.
The apartment is located in Stuttgart South, not far from Erwin-Schöttle-Platz and only a 10-minute walk from Marienplatz (with subway 2 minutes). Here you will find everything the heart desires: In addition to hip cafes and tasty restaurants, there is also a rewe which is open until 24 a.m. and many other shopping facilities. There is also a weekly market every week. If you love Second Hand-Mode, you're not far from the cool shops in Tübinger Straße. Otherwise there is a small Turkish grocery store in 3 minutes away, where you can find the most necessary. There are also delicious bakers as well as fruit and vegetable dealers.
With the Öffis you are also well connected. From Erwin-Schöttle-Platz (4-minute walk) you can reach the city centre and the main railway station with the U1 directly past Charlottenplatz (about 5 minutes by car). Since it is relatively flat from south to middle, you can also easily drive by bike to the city.
You would live with Judith (26), Robert (25) and Coco (24). Judith is currently doing her Master's degree at the University of Hohenheim, Robert is at the end of his Bachelor's degree in Aalen and Coco is also doing her Master's degree at the HdM. During your time with us in the WG, two thesis applications are also available - so you can mentally adjust yourself to the one or other therapy hour in our small but fine kitchen :)
Living together is always uncomplicated. Judith has been our hot yoga expert since her ClassPass application, swears on the Chai Latte in Café Bruno and has a slight ordering problem - at least when it comes to our DHL floor. In any case, you can learn about “stress management” from Robert, as he is far too much on the go. Whether for learning sessions in the Bib, the VfB game or the one or the other beer in the Stuttgart pubs - it is almost for everything to have! If you like sports hall vibes, you can also fire our third roommate, Coco, at one of her handball games and see them in action - or she's putting a Legday in the FitOne with you:)
We meet more often in the kitchen or to cook together there - our kettle is also running 24/7, so if you like to drink tea as we - you’re more than welcome!
Generally, it is important for us to have a friendly relationship with each other, to take into account each other and you and also we together feel fully comfortable.
Since I would like to leave my furniture in the room for half a year, I would like to have 500€ as a deposit - but you will get it right after half a year.

Since we are all quite in the university and Christmas stress, we would start the visits at the beginning of January - only that you know directly once. =)
