From 29. December 2024 will provide a bright and cozy room in our centrally located but still quiet apartment. The room is about 15 square meters, offers plenty of daylight and is furnished with a wardrobe, a dresser and a desk with chair. In addition, there is a bed and a couch so you can make it comfortable.
The apartment is shared with two nice roommates who like to spend time together, but also leave room for privacy. The rent is 550 euros per month and includes heating, water, Wi-Fi and electricity. The radio fee must be paid separately.

You will share the apartment with two nice flatmates who enjoy spending time together but leave room for privacy. The rent is 550 euros per month and includes heating, water, WiFi and electricity. The broadcasting fee must be paid separately.

The apartment is located in a top location, just a few steps from the Erwin-Schoettle-Platz underground and bus stop (U1, U14, Bus 42), from where you can quickly and conveniently get to the city centre and other districts. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets such as Rewe, Norma and Denns Biomarkt as well as a DM drugstore market – everything for daily needs is within a few minutes.
The Marienplatz with its numerous cafés and restaurants is just a short walk away and offers many options for dining, drinking and staying. Here you are perfectly connected!

In our WG, Stefan and Philomene live, two supernette and relaxed roommates who make life in the apartment pleasant and uncomplicated. Stefan is a designer, just doing his master at university, driving a lot of sport, is often on the go and always have for a glass of wine. Philomene works on her PhD in chemistry, is very open and loves to cook.
Although the two are friendly and talkative, they respect your privacy and understand when you need time for you or follow your own things.
The apartment has a shared bathroom and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and more. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
Here you will find a warm togetherness and a good balance of community and retreats – perfect for a relaxed WG life!
