Hey! A room in our beautiful WG will be on 01. February free and we are looking for a new rental company! 🌞
Location
The situation could not be better! To the Marienplatz you have not far, as it is right around the corner and practically replaces the terrace :)
There is also the shopping paradise where there is something for everyone: Rewe (even 2!), Lidl, Norma, net, weekly market, DM, natural goods and everything the culinary heart desires.
The popular Tübinger street is about 1 minute away - in which you can optimally follow your coffee sets, stroll in second hand shops and get to know new pubs.
For nature lovers, the Karlshöhe, 5 minutes away, offers a top recreational area or a walk into the vineyards (also around the corner).
There's something for everyone and it never gets boring!
Flatshare type
Our WG life is family and friendly. We four, Nicole, Tess, Robin and David, like to spend time together in the kitchen, with self-cooked, wine, beer or whatever - something always exists!
It is important to us that we can just talk about everything and feel at home.
We look forward to joint activities, but of course we also give the free space everyone needs to rest after work or annoying university days.
We're Studis and professional.
There is a cleaning plan, of course!
