WG is located in the residential area of Stuttgart Kaltental, which is located just outside Vaihingen and the city centre (south). Generally, the area is quiet, yet well connected to the ÖPNV. To the underground station Kaltental and thus to the U14 you can walk about 5min. It goes to downtown but also to Vaihingen. To nearby Aldi you only need to drive 3 stations, after Vaihingen you arrive in about 7 min. To bus 82, which goes directly to campus Vaihingen within 7 min, you also only need about 5 min walk. Kaltental is quite high, which ensures that the climate remains quite mild.
Currently Anna (22), Hidircan (21) and Berk (27) live in the WG and work or study. The WG life is relaxed, but relatively distant. Everyone has enough privacy, but often nice conversations arise when you meet in the kitchen.
There is a cleaning plan where every week the common spaces are cleaned, but in general everyone takes care of everything as well to keep everything clean. The shared use of bathroom, toilet and kitchen runs smoothly.

- There are 2 large refrigerators and 1 freezer
- In the basement there is a dryer which can be used at any time. This was bought by the WG together in September 2024 and I would like a 125€ discount for it

- Tableware, cutlery and other utensils are available and used together
