The room has a size of about 15sqm. The beautiful wooden floor offers a perfect contrast to the white painted walls. The room has a wardrobe, a bed and a desk with a desk chair.

The apartment also has three additional WG rooms, a large bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and two refrigerators, as well as a large hallway area, which can be used as a WG common room and is equipped with chairs and a table.

The apartment is located in the quiet but still central Stuttgart district Untertürkheim. The Daimler plant and two underground stations can be reached on foot within 3-5 minutes. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In addition, many shopping opportunities, such as the purchase country, can be reached in a short time.

Our WG includes Theresa (referendarin an elementary school), Mathieu (student and working at AMG) and Jannis (student and working at VfB Stuttgart).

We are looking for a friendly and open minded person who wants to become part of this WG. It would be optimal if we were two women and two men later.

We are happy to meet for dinner together or just talk spontaneously when you see each other. In general, a very relaxed coexistence reigns freely according to the motto: "Everything can, nothing must". So if you'd rather have your rest after a busy day, that's all right!

In addition to a good connection to the ÖPNV, the apartment also offers its own basement compartment, in which for example a bicycle can be accommodated.
