The room is available from July and can be viewed at short notice (during the weekend).
The flat and rooms are fully equipped (furnished) and ideal for residents planning a stress-free move.

You enter your new flatshare via the staircase, the corridor connects all rooms with each other.
A well-designed flat with a spacious kitchen/living room (11.4m²) awaits you.
In the central hallway, you will find a shoe rack, a mirror, an information board, and an intercom.
Bathroom:
The bathroom (6,6m²) has a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub (external dimensions 167x73cm) in addition to a washbasin. There is also a mirrored cabinet and vanity unit.
Kitchen & Dining Room:
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space in built-in cupboards, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery as well as a table with two benches.
There is also an integrated kitchenette with an electric hob, oven, and extractor bonnet.

Public parking (depending on the time of day, you may have to put up with a bit of a walk) is available in front of the house.
There's also a pick-up point for Voi e-scooters next to the house.
The property is located at the foot of the vineyards and cultural landscape around the Württemberg, with ideal sports and leisure possibilities.
The daily needs can easily be met on foot or by bicycle, the train station and the center of Untertürkheim are 700m away.
There are good shopping facilities nearby a Cap supermarket is within 6 minutes walking distance. Also, there is a large Kaufland and Bauhaus store, which is about a 15-minute walk (1.2 km).
The nearest bakery is also 6 minutes away (500m). There are several pharmacies in town, and general and specialist doctors as well.
Many other shopping facilities, cafés, pubs & bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The house is located at U13 Schlotterbeckstraße (approx. 1min walk) and the night bus N6 stops approx. 550m from the house.
The Daimler area Untertürkheim (Benzviertel) is in the immediate vicinity (8min walk or 1min by U13).
The Untertürkheim train station is a 10-minute walk away, where the S-Bahn (S1) as well as the U13 and U4, and the night buses N6 and N7 stop.

In the same house, a working woman lives with her adult son on the 2nd floor and the attic, and a flat-sharing community of three lives on the 1st floor.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the house but is not a problem outside as long as the cigarette butts are removed.
Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility and shared rooms within the flat must be kept clean by the tenants themselves.
Your new flatmates will be Djamel and Imran.
Both value good harmony and an appropriate level of hygiene in the flat-sharing.
