The flat is quite centrally located in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim, on the sunny corner of a quiet side street.
The property borders on an urban green strip with two large maple plane trees and a hornbeam, as well as a park bench that invites you to linger.
Public parking (depending on the time of day, you may have to put up with a bit of a walk) is available in front of the house.
There's also a pick-up point for Voi e-scooters next to the house.

The property is located at the foot of the vineyards and cultural landscape around the Württemberg, with ideal sports and leisure possibilities.
The daily needs can easily be met on foot or by bicycle, the train station and the center of Untertürkheim are 700m away.

There are good shopping facilities nearby a Cap supermarket is within 6 minutes walking distance. Also, there is a large Kaufland and Bauhaus store, which is about a 15-minute walk (1.2 km).
The nearest bakery is also 6 minutes away (500m). There are several pharmacies in town, and general and specialist doctors as well.
Many other shopping facilities, cafés, pubs & bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The house is located at U13 Schlotterbeckstraße (approx. 1min walk) and the night bus N6 stops approx. 550m from the house.
The Daimler area Untertürkheim (Benzviertel) is in the immediate vicinity (8min walk or 1min by U13).
The Untertürkheim train station is a 10-minute walk away, where the S-Bahn (S1) as well as the U13 and U4, and the night buses N6 and N7 stop.

Esslingen: 8min without changing trains (S1)

Campus Stadtmitte Hochschule Esslingen:
18min, to Esslingen train station (S1) and then either 10min on foot (1km) or two stops each with bus lines 101/106 to the Schwimmbad stop or 102/103/131 to the Maille stop

Stuttgart main station: 10min without changing (S1)

Stuttgart city center (Stadtmitte): 11min without changing (S1)

University of Stuttgart Campus Stadtmitte and DHBW:
20min, to the main station (S1) and from there approx. 10min walk or with the U13/U29 one stop further to Börsenplatz (1min), the campus of the DHBW is reached similarly quickly depending on the faculty

Bad Cannstatt:
5min with the S1 or from Schlotterbeckstraße 13 minutes without changing (U13), to Cannstatter Wasen it is then another 5min walk (400m)

Neckarpark:
with Mercedes-Benz-Arena, Mercedes-Benz-Museum, as well as Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle and Porsche Arena one S-Bahn stop away, 2min travel time (S1)

In the same house, a working woman lives with her adult son on the 2nd floor and the attic, and a flat-sharing community of three lives on the 1st floor.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in the house but is not a problem outside as long as the cigarette butts are removed.
Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility and shared rooms within the flat must be kept clean by the tenants themselves.

Your new flatmates will be Djamel and Imran.
Both value good harmony and an appropriate level of hygiene in the flat-sharing.
