Hello helloo :)
as I, Jana, leave the WG, my room will be free! This gives you the chance to funny roommates, coffee corners, party cellar, balcony and a large garden... but later more. In the whole house there are 3 WGs with young, open-minded and entertaining people.
The room has three new large windows, which are 3 times glazed and thus very well soundproofed. These can also be completely darkened by electric roller shutters. The room is rented unfurnished.
The house is located directly at the S-Bahn stop Stuttgart-Rohr, where the S-Bahns S1, S2 and S3 as well as the bus lines 81 and 82 depart. If you hurry, you will be on the S-Bahn in less than 1 minute. The underground station Dürrlewang is about 10 min walk away. For those who like to travel at night, the night bus stops almost directly in front of the house, so that you really are perfectly connected at any time.
By train it takes:
- 6 min to university in Vaihingen,
- 15 min to the city centre
- 17 min to HBF
- 30 min to the University of Hohenheim
By bike you can reach the university in Vaihingen also super in 15 min.
In tube itself there is, within a 5-minute walk, everything you need or not:

After about 400m you are in the forest. In the vicinity there are also some gyms or the VELS to boulder.
In addition, our WG house includes a large garden with table tennis, fireplace, barbecue and lots of vegetable beds. Our vault cellar offers space for legendary cellar parties. In addition, you will find washing machines, a small gym & room for your bike.
By the way, there is also a balcony in the WG. You can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the sun.
Das WG-Leben ist locker, entspannt und familiär. Deine zukünftigen mitbewohner:innen sind Marisa (22), Hannah (23) und Marius (28).
Es wird gerne gekocht und Dinge zusammen unternommen. Im Haus befinden sixh zwei weitere WGs (eine unten drunter und eine oben drüber) mit denen es immer mal wieder Events wie Kellerparties, Spieleabende und gemeinsame Grillabende gibt :)
