in our nice, cozy 4 WG will be a room from 01.03.2025 and waits for your move.
The room is about 23 square meters and oriented to the west. (ideal, so you have sun all day.)
The balcony belongs to your room.
Through the large windows it is very bright.
If you need furniture, I could leave the complete room furniture.
The things are in good condition. We will discuss price directly with each other.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
A bathroom with shower and tub and a separate toilet.
If you have anything else, please bring it with you, we still have room in the kitchen.
A big hall has room for your jackets or shoes.
In the basement we have our washing machine in a separate laundry room only for our WG and additionally another storage room.
You can also park your bike on the farm or park a car.
The rent is warm 595,00 EUR (including heating, garbage, water, insurance )
there is also electricity+ internet. for approx. 30,00 EUR

We introduce ourselves to the WG life friendly and relaxed, we like to cook and also do something together. This is why we are looking for someone who wants to participate in the social WG life and who likes to sit with us in the kitchen and talk:)
If someone wants to rest, it's not a problem.
Besides, we have a weekly cleaning plan that you should also keep.
We are all professional, so our WG life will play out especially in the evening and weekend.
The apartment is quietly located in a residential area in Stuttgart-Rohr (belonged to Stuttgart Vaihingen).
By public transport you are super connected here.
The S-Bahn stop Rohr can be reached in a 3-minute walk (15 min driving time to the city centre - or in the other direction: Sindelfingen/Böblingen or airport).
The S-Bahn to the city runs every 10min and hour on weekends. You can also reach the universities of Stuttgart and Hohenheim very well by public transport.
In the immediate vicinity we have everything you need to live. Baker, butcher, post office, court shop and a lid are just steps away. You can also be quickly in the heart of Vaihingen, where there is a small shopping center.
